Oh yeah so there's a time skip going on. There's the one shot where he's in the pod looking up. Then the crash. There's another time skip after he's able to help himself and that's when he's fixing the ship and you see the bandages. It's definitely a blink and you'll miss it kind of thing. There's a lot of chronological events that occur but not all are one after the other.

It was an interesting idea, but poorly executed. The animation was good enough, designs were attractive and the drawings nice. Although the " I just needed an excuse to draw a bunch of cool looking scenes" seems like a mediocre excuse; if you took al the time and work to do something like this, it wouldn't hurt put a little more soul into it.

I agree, I appreciate your honesty. I had more or less been winging it with story and didn't write anything out, so I was making a story as I was animating. My next project will certainly have more thought put into the actual written story.
I'm glad you liked my animation and designs though!
